EATING OUT - AT HOME

After a long day at work, or we are so rushed from picking up the kids for their different activities, that by the time we get home, it's late.

It is very easy to grab something already prepared, or calling out for a pizza for a quick family meal. 

But, there is something about a home cooked meal that seems to bring a family together as we sit down at the table to eat, even if it's in front of the TV.

In today's busy schedule, crock-pots or slow cooker are making a come back.  We are once again putting the meal on before going to work or chauffeuring the kids.  The nice thing is, we have a delicious meal ready when we get home.  We just have to set the table.

Another advantage, it's cost effective.  By the time you pay the drive thru, or the delivery person, and the gas spent driving about, you've probably spent more than it cost getting the ingredient you need.
